Retreats
Ayurveda in Mexico
Retreats begin a few weeks before your arrival, with an initial 90-minute online Ayurvedic health consultation. This assessment allows me to determine your unique Ayurvedic constitution, main doshic imbalances, and whether you receive Pancha Karma or Rasayana.
Pancha Karma – treatments, herbs, and diet remove accumulated toxins in the body and mind. Available for 5 to 7 days.
Rasayana – all about rest, receiving, and relaxing in order to build depleted tissues and energy. Available for 3 to 7 days.
Pancha Karma Retreats require you do a week of pre-cleansing before your arrival. Adjusting your diet and lifestyle prepares your body for your cleanse to be done safely.
Throughout your retreat I monitor your progress and provide ongoing support to enhance your experience. A final consultation focuses on your Ayurvedic recommendations and equips you with a toolkit to integrate these practices into your daily life post retreat.

Accommodation
Nestled beside a biosphere reserve along the Costa Alegre, the tiny pueblo of Cuastecomates is an inclusive beach community that accommodates individuals with mobility and sensory handicaps. Only 9 of these unique towns exist in the whole world!
The bay of Cuastecomates has a living reef to snorkel, swim, sail, and surf. By night, enjoy the sounds of nature and an uninterrupted view of the Milky Way. Around 1/3 of humanity cannot see the Milky Way due to pollution. Here your circadian rhythm can reset and harmonize with nature, free of light and air pollution.
Casa Acuarela is a block from the beach with a view of the town and sea. The placement of the casa promotes great Ayurvedic Vastu Shastra energy, similar to Chinese Feng Shui. Casa Acuarela scored 88% on vastu compatibility with this online vastu calculator.
Casa Acuarela is a simple Mexican home with a guest bedroom and spa treatment room. The guest room has large windows, a fan, a queen-sized bed, and a private bathroom next door. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning, pool, or TV, and that there is a cat living on-site.
You may choose to stay onsite or arrange your own lodging to suit your preferences. Whichever option you select, rest assured that your stay will be characterized by comfort and attention, allowing you to fully immerse in healing.
